Senior citizens sometimes have difficulty finding a living facility that meets their needs, provides a fun, loving environment, and fits within their budget. We’ve had the joy of working alongside an agency that helps seniors find the living facility they’ve been hoping for.
However, the agency was experiencing challenges in reaching seniors in need of their services. They knew digital advertising was the answer, but they were unsure about strategy. Working through one of our agency partners, we were happy to assemble our team and deliver a plan.
After meeting with the client and understanding their services and their target audience better, we developed a geographically and demographically targeted campaign on Meta utilizing a combination of video and image ads. In an attempt to make lead generation as streamlined as possible, we opted for lead ads. We integrated their Meta Ads campaign with Zapier to send the lead notifications to the client by email to allow for fast follow-up. In addition to capturing basic contact information, we also included answers to several prequalifying questions to help the client prioritize leads.
After a few weeks of launching the campaign, the leads started coming in, and, soon thereafter, seniors started moving into living facilities that checked all their boxes!
